Downtown Winchester Ontario (St. Lawrence street & Main).
Vendor space locations will be assigned the week of the event.
Show Times:
Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm
Set-up Times:
Saturday: 8 am to 9:45 am
Tear Down Times:
Saturday: 2 pm to 4 pm
Exhibitor fees:
Fee: $40
Includes: 10’ x 10’ space (does not include electricity or water)
Vendors are welcome to book more than one vendor space for an additional fee of $40.00 per space.
Please note that vendor spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis, and are not available to all applicants. One applicant per MLM will be accepted.
How to Register:
- Online: Fill out the form below. Once approved, you will be emailed a link to submit payment for your booth(s).
- Download the PDF Vendor Form (opens in PDF). Once completed, email it to kellywindle@yahoo.ca.
Payment:
Once your registration has been approved, a confirmation email with a link for payment will be sent to you.
Any cheques returned by your bank will cause your acceptance to be null and void. Please see rules and requests.

Rules and Regulations:
- Participants must supply their own display items, power cords, shade tents, tent weights, cash box, generators, float, pens, equipment and supplies required for the duration of the event.
- Participants are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. Garbage cans will be provided.
- All participants must be completely set up by 9:45 am on Saturday August 8th 2026.
Winchester Dairyfest 2026 Vendor Application - Sale permits, licenses, and collection of all appropriate sales taxes and HST are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Booth space is for single operation only. No subleasing or sharing of space is allowed unless specified in writing.
- Vendors may not sell any drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons or illegal studded jewelry.
- All sales are from the vendor’s assigned booth only. No roaming sales.
- No bullhorns, megaphones, flashing lights, strobes, speakers or sound amplification.
- No hawkers. Vendors may not solicit or harass the crowd for sales.
- Participants are expected to participate for the duration of the event unless prior approval is granted.
- No profanity or abusive behaviour. Violations result in removal without refund.
- Vendors grant permission for event photos to be used for promotional purposes.
- Alcohol and narcotics are prohibited. Violations result in immediate booth closure without refund.
- Vendor spaces are first come, first serve.
- Space is reserved only once full payment is received.
- No refunds for cancellations.
- Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
- Parking is the vendor’s responsibility. Unattended vehicles may be towed.
- Dress must be appropriate for a family event.
- Returned cheques incur a $25 NSF fee.
- Event runs rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable.
Failure to comply may result in expulsion from Winchester Dairyfest 2026.
