Vendor space locations will be assigned the week of the event.

Show Times:

Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm

Set-up Times:

Saturday: 8 am to 9:45 am

Tear Down Times:

Saturday: 2 pm to 4 pm

Exhibitor fees:

Fee: $40

Includes: 10’ x 10’ space (does not include electricity or water)

Vendors are welcome to book more than one vendor space for an additional fee of $40.00 per space.

Please note that vendor spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis, and are not available to all applicants. One applicant per MLM will be accepted.

Once your registration has been approved, a confirmation email with a link for payment will be sent to you.

Any cheques returned by your bank will cause your acceptance to be null and void. Please see rules and requests.

With over 50 vendors, plus food, music, games, and more, this event is sure to draw a great crowd.
Dairyfest is a celebration of our country roots, so we encourage vendors to decorate their booths in true country style. Break out the cowboy and cowgirl boots, grab your hats, and get ready for a fun-filled day celebrating community, tradition, and local businesses.
This is an outdoor event located on the streets, so please plan your booth set up accordingly.

The undersigned, hereinafter referred to as participant, do hereby submit this application for a vendor space at Winchester Dairyfest. All participants will be subject to all terms, conditions and regulations governing Winchester Dairyfest and its production as set forth on this VENDOR SPACE APPLICATION FORM AND CONTRACT.

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Participants must supply their own display items, power cords, shade tents, tent weights, cash box, generators, float, pens, equipment and supplies required for the duration of the event.
  2. Participants are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. Garbage cans will be provided.
  3. All participants must be completely set up by 9:45 am on Saturday August 8th 2026.

  4. Sale permits, licenses, and collection of all appropriate sales taxes and HST are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  5. Booth space is for single operation only. No subleasing or sharing of space is allowed unless specified in writing.
  6. Vendors may not sell any drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons or illegal studded jewelry.
  7. All sales are from the vendor’s assigned booth only. No roaming sales.
  8. No bullhorns, megaphones, flashing lights, strobes, speakers or sound amplification.
  9. No hawkers. Vendors may not solicit or harass the crowd for sales.
  10. Participants are expected to participate for the duration of the event unless prior approval is granted.
  11. No profanity or abusive behaviour. Violations result in removal without refund.
  12. Vendors grant permission for event photos to be used for promotional purposes.
  13. Alcohol and narcotics are prohibited. Violations result in immediate booth closure without refund.
  14. Vendor spaces are first come, first serve.
  15. Space is reserved only once full payment is received.
  16. No refunds for cancellations.
  17. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
  18. Parking is the vendor’s responsibility. Unattended vehicles may be towed.
  19. Dress must be appropriate for a family event.
  20. Returned cheques incur a $25 NSF fee.
  21. Event runs rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable.

Failure to comply may result in expulsion from Winchester Dairyfest 2026.
